TATEMS: Fleet Maintenance Software - Update 5-25-2005 to 3.00.19cXP

Here's another update....
Remember, you don't need to apply all previous updates in order to update TATEMS 2005.
So if you missed one you can just use the most current one.
We are working on an update to the help manual and have recently
added some new taining videos that you can veiw online by clicking here

This update will only work with TATEMS 2005...
In this update I have added/improved/Changed:
- Added Sort Bar to Parts For This Equip
- Added Scroll Bars to Wheels and Tires
- Added Date Filter to Parts For This Equip
- Added Sorting to Parts For this Equip
- Added Parts Re-order Needed to Reminders and Reminders Report
- Added Re-Order needed to the Display in the search screen on the Parts Inventory Form
- Added Equipment Description to Work Orders and Work Order Printout
- Added Date criteria to Parts Installed Reports
- Added Sorting to Parts Installed Reports
- Improved Parts Inventory Reminder so that the reminder is triggerred when there is a Parts Inventory Reminder
- Improved Fuel Log Update to elimiate Parent Property Error
- Improved Update Now button so that Lube Services are still displayed after clicking
- Improved Reminder for Parts Inventory
- Added ability to set how far in advance the reminders will trigger for odometer, hours and days

Always make sure you make a backup copy of your data before updating.
The data file to backup is called
TATEMS2005be.mdb and is normally located in the:
C:\Program Files\TATEMS 2005
Folder.
You can just right click on the file and choose copy and then paste it back into the same folder or another folder to create a backup copy.
There is also a backup feature in TATEMS 2005 if you go to File->Backup and Compact Data

Make sure TATEMS is closed and then after downloading the file you can double click it to unzip the files:
into:
C:\Program Files\TATEMS 2005
When complete open the program to make sure
this new version number displays.
You must also make sure that all other
users on your network update at the same
time to make sure there are no conflicts
in data entry.
That's all you need to.
