TATEMS: Fleet Maintenance Software - Update 5-12-2005 to 3.00.18aXP

Greetings

Here's another update....

Remember, you don't need to apply all previous updates in order to update TATEMS 2005.

So if you missed one you can just use the most current one.

We are working on an update to the help manual and also some training videos that will be available for download when ready.

This update will only work with TATEMS 2005...

In this update I have added/improved/Changed:

1. Added reminder message when reminders are about to run(like after 8 hours) so you have a choice to display the reminders or not.
2. Improved the updating of Hours when doing an inspection so that the date is entered into the hours date section of the Equipment
3. Improved Work Order Printing when there are a large number of Parts or labor tsks

Always make sure you make a backup copy of your data before updating.

The data file to backup is called

TATEMS2005be.mdb and is normally located in the:

C:\Program Files\TATEMS 2005
Folder.

You can just right click on the file and choose copy and then paste it back into the same folder or another folder to create a backup copy.

There is also a backup feature in TATEMS 2005 if you go to File->Backup and Compact Data

This update requires that you have TATEMS 2005 installed on your computer.

Make sure TATEMS is closed and then after downloading the file you can double click it to unzip the files:

into:

C:\Program Files\TATEMS 2005

When complete open the program to make sure
this new version number displays.

You must also make sure that all other
users on your network update at the same
time to make sure there are no conflicts
in data entry.
