TATEMS: Fleet Maintenance Software - Update 2-7-2005

Greetings

Here's another update....

Remember, you don't need to apply all previous updates in order to update TATEMS 2005.

So if you missed one you can just use the most current one.

These updates will start to become much less frequent, mostly just to
add new functionality or reports.

We are working on an update to the help manual that will be available
for download when ready.

This update will only work with TATEMS 2005...

In this update I have added/improved/Changed:

1. Improved Set Tabs to Display in the Simplify TATEMS menu item, when you try to hide a Tab that Has the Focus. The Focus is Now Set To the Equipment Summary Tab automatically before the program tries to hide any tabs
   

2. Added Feedback to Networking Form to See Progress of Tables being linked
3. Added Inspections/Permits Tab Items to Reminders
4. Added Driver License renewal and Next Driver Physical to Reminders
5. Improved Add on the Fly Employee Labor and Parts to Work Orders
6. Changed Mile/Km reminder for Lube Service to 1000 miles before due
7. Added Sort Order behind the scenes to Equipment Summary and Equipment List
8. Added Current Mikes/km and Hours to All Equipment Summary
9. Added CVIP wording to Smoke Inspections e.g. Smoke/CVIP

Always make sure you make a backup copy of your data before updating.

The data file to backup is called

TATEMS2005be.mdb and is normally located in the:

C:\Program Files\TATEMS 2005
Folder.

You can just right click on the file and choose copy and then paste it back into the same folder or another folder to create a backup copy.

There is also a backup feature in TATEMS 2005 if you go to File->Backup and Compact Data

This update requires that you have TATEMS 2005 installed on your computer.

You can get it at :

Make sure TATEMS is closed and then after downloading the file you
can double click it to unzip the files:

into:

C:\Program Files\TATEMS 2005
